ok so, as some of you may know me and my boyfriend of 4 years took a break/ break up. we did that to get our lifes together bc we were so unhappy. things were not good...frankly it was awful and we needed space. but after a while we started to miss each other very much. and knew we loved each other so much but we couldnt keep on living this way. so i researched and read about problems relationships have had. i mean we had dated for 4 years and in those 4 years be both changed. some of those things were bad, and we developed bad habits to where we were fighting a lot. One of our biggest problems was fighting at a social gathering. we would disagree about something and then fight in front of friends. and that made things worse, because it made our friends pick sides and i felt, they pretty much took my bf's side. so for a while i have felt picked on and ganged up on. even tho it wasnt just my fault. but now we have soo much hope that this will work. we have seen our problems and solved them. we have talked about what we need to do, and we are both happy with that. my point is...dont involve people in your relationship. dont fight in front of them, and dont talk about ur relationship problems all the time. i know it took part in our breakup. and i am glad people are finally seeing that some people arent very nice to me.
it makes me feel so good and positive.
just recently a "friend" insulted me in front of everyone on facebook. my bf completely cussed him out and he told that "friend" that he will NOT be hanging out with us anymore. that kind of stuff just makes us bond more. I am so thankful i have a guy who cares about me so much. and frankly i want to prove them all wrong that we arent supposed to be together. i dont blame them for thinking that sometimes. but i WILL prove them wrong. thats just another one of my motivations for making this relationship healthy.
